Shipping policy

Our trees are despatched, bareroot, in the dormancy season, November to March. Please be aware that when you order your trees you will not receive them outside of these time-frame. 

We ship our trees in sturdy cardboard packaging as a standard size, 150cm x 15cm x 15cm. Any Trees that are over 1.5m long will be trimmed to a bud point. 

We use the Parcelforce via 24-hr delivery service that is tracked and guaranteed. 

We only send Trees within the United Kingdom 

Under the Parcelforce 24-hr service, Trees being sent to Scotland will be subject to a 2-day delivery. Trees being sent to Scottish Isles will be subject to 3-day delivery. We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Republic if Ireland, the Channel Islands or mainland Europe. We reserve the right to cancel any order made from these locations. 

Any trees that arrived in poor condition or have been damaged in some way should be reported to us immediately so that we can assess making a potential refund in line with our Refund Policy. Any trees that have been damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced if possible.
